From Mum I got a Fawlty Towers teapot
It looks good but basically it's useless
It may as well be made out of chocolate
Because it won't take hot liquid, or else
It'll crack. Back home last night, a few smiles
While watching 'In The Loop' - seen it before
But I'd forgotten! Probably had a glass
Of beer that night, I guess, or three or four
Each night nowadays I tot up my score
On the wall calendar of days I've not
Bought booze, and I am having some success
Not buying beer and fags means I've got more
Of everything else - time, health, cash, the lot
Yet these last few days I've felt so listless
