A lovely sunny day, spent in office
No time even to shop, just work, that's all
But after work, was time to take the piss
And me and Dermot did our act, enthralled
The audience at the first Effed Up, appalled
Them not as I feared, no, overall impressed
With our double act. Had a few drinks, well
I had a good time after the acts left
Talking to these two guys, Matt and Jim, best
Conversation ever, but now I must
Do sandwiches and go to bed. Not full
No am decidedly hungry, but this
Is no time to cook, so I'll give a miss
To food for now. I think that's a good call
