Been home all day apart from a quick trip
With Louis to Maplins, where some advice
Proved fortuitous. A salesman made me hip
To not needing new speakers. It was nice
To simply connect mp3 device
To my laptop speakers and sub-woofer
And after a while without, got my bass
Back, so loaded more songs on, and played the
Thing for all it was worth, thrashed my guitar
Sore fingers even at the start - I kept
Playing for nearly three hours last night - wise
To practice in the holidays with more
Free time. Seen some Hitchcock flicks, they were top
Just had a Mac's milkshake - strawberry, please...
