Can live as long as those who live healthy
While those who smoke till they're forty and then
Quit only get one extra year's living
That's science, but I can't help but wonder
Where's the incentive to quit for ageing
Girls and boys? I've seen the odd old-timer
Still puffing away outside pubs, and the
Old footage of smoke-filled pubs, looks like they
Were having a great time, laughing, singing
How can that good time be replaced? A year
Or two of infirm old age can't repay
Decades of abstinence from partying
