Just got home late, I'm watching the highlights
Went out with Josie, good use of the train
And the Family Railcard discount which cuts
The cost in half. Two to Stoke and back just
Eleven quid. Went to Trentham Gardens
Resplendent in the sun. Monkey Forest
Adjacent, cheaper, but she said, less fun
The barefoot walk was the main attraction
For her, walking through knee-high mud, shorts on
Thank God it was warm enough for those shorts
Beautiful lake and Italian Gardens
Then Crewe, Wilmslow, Manchester, back again
Everyone in Stoke has tattoos! Good night!
