I've been cheerful at
work today, they say
Possibly, it has been speculated
Because of the love that's now come my way
Suddenly the shoulders feel less weighted
Whereas in
fact they are more care-loaded
More duty, more responsibility
More
expense...yes, my saving's been halted
But counterbalancing that, I'm happy
You only live once, and who'd disagree
We should try to enjoy each single
day?
And with those you love, duty is altered
Into a privilege. But there's
things we
Won't burden ourselves with, like DIY
Gardening, and the like. Rather be dead!
