Day two of my cold, though I'm handling it
Quite well, as I usually do. It must be
The bananas, potassium and such shit
That even when I'm ill and drunk, keep me
Reasonably physically and mentally
Healthy. Not done that much, it seems, today
Well after all, there was football - yes, three
Important games to follow, and yet they
Didn't stop me revising poems, play
On words and meanings, though retaining quite
Clear meaning, which I quite like, personally
There's also comedy, wrote set list, yay
Thought might be out tomorrow, a new night
Just heard of, but no open spots for me
