The new season's new Man United gear
From Sports Direct, Stockport, fifty knicker
But that's cheaper than the United shop
At Old Trafford by some way. Soon it's the
First Match of the Day, in some ways the top
Time of the week, the climax til the drop
Back towards the working week. I'm quite poor
Now, it's been a high-spending month, summer
Being a time for going out, non-stop
Sightseeing, fun and mad expenditure
A time to live wildly til September
